Two things help before we arrive. Leave a car length of clear space on the passenger side so the glass can be swung into place, and keep the keys handy, because a calibration needs the ignition on and sometimes a short drive.
Not usually. A lot of Anthem work happens while people are at their desks in the Valley. We need access to the vehicle and a way to reach you if something unexpected turns up behind the old glass.
